A: Yes! Overnight stays and 24-hour care are available. Please note: your nanny will take short breaks during 24-hour stays to recharge, but your pets’ needs always come first.

A: A small additional pet fee may apply. We’ll let you know before booking so there are no surprises.

A: We only carry products made with safe, non-toxic, and pet-friendly ingredients—no harsh chemicals, fillers, or artificial additives.
A: Each product clearly states which pets it’s safe for. Always check the label before use.
A: We currently ship across the U.S. Fast, reliable delivery straight to your doorstep. Local delivery to you, drop off.
A: We want happy tails (and whiskers)! If your furry friend isn’t satisfied, contact us and we’ll work with you on a return or exchange.
A: Many of our treats are free of common allergens, but every pet is unique. Check the ingredient list carefully or reach out—we’ll be happy to help you find the right match.
